    The National Paint & Coatings Industry Information Center was founded in 1959, which takes charge of reporting and communicating the information of coatings, pigments and titanium dioxide, and is the information service and index center of Chinese coatings, pigments and titanium dioxide. It takes part in constituting Two Five and Nine Five program of coatings industry development in our country, edits China Paint & Coatings Industry Annual, and publishes several authoritative corpora. It provides consultation for the government, provide information for corporations exploiting market, provide service for scientific items, and provide platform for coatings e-business.

History: 1959.9 Chemical department Paint & Coatings Industry Technology Information Center was founded in Tianjin (appended to chemical department North China Chemical Design & Research Institute).

1969.9 Chemical department Paint & Coatings Industry Technology Information Center moved to Lanzhou (appended to chemical department Paint & Coatings Industry Research Institute).

1977.5 Renamed as chemical department Paint & Coatings Industry Information Lead Station

1988.5 Renamed as chemical department Paint & Coatings Industry Information Center and moved to Changzhou, Jiangsu

1999.9 Renamed as National Paint & Coatings Industry Information Center (appended to CNCCC Changzhou Paint & Coatings Chemical Industry Research Institute).

Society of Coatings & Finishing of CIESC

    It was founded in 1980, and is a mass technical organization of China’s Paint & Finishing technical workers, which organizes relevant person writing national coatings layout, organizes or attends national or international conferences, edits large number of books, generalizes coatings knowledge, prints technical publications and raises various training classes.

National Paint & Coatings Industry Productive Forces Promotion Center.

    According to the constitution of National Productive Forces Promotion Center, it organizes operation training, provides information service, and operates international cooperation and communication. It has gradually become a significant assistant of the government of strengthening macromanagement and an important bridge of contact between government and corporations. It is helpful in developing Paint & Coatings Technology, renewing production and management ideas and enhancing international cooperation.

National Chemical Industry Productive Forces Promotion Center Titanium Dioxide Branch

    It is a specialized organization in chemical field, and is a technical service institute in titanium dioxide of technical alteration, technical diagnosis, technical communication, technical consultation, outcome generalization and talent training. It has raise New Times Titanium Dioxide Industry Development Conference, National Titanium Dioxide Production Equipment Technology Communication Conference and National Titanium Dioxide Production Technique Training Class, which helped develop titanium pigment technology of our country.

Society of Coatings of China Polyurethane Industry Association

    It is one of the earliest five specific societies of China Polyurethane Industry Association. It takes part in the activities organized by China Polyurethane Industry Association actively, holds National PU Communication Conference, raises field investigation and raises PU Coatings training class, which improve the workers’ technical diathesis.

National Pigments Industry Information Center (prepared)

    In order to adapt to the rapid development of pigment industry in our country, we are asking National Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association for founding the corporation information organization of communicating national pigments science, production, application and sale. Besides, it will originate the sole Pigments periodical in pigments field in our country to serve better for development of pigment industry.
